The base of this module is made of sheet steel and reinforced with cross-members from RHS profile tubes and stamped ribs for additional strength. All corner posts, shelves, main guides, and cross-elements are constructed from profiled hollow sections, while the rear, side, and door panels are made of sheet steel with corrugation in necessary areas. The roof is stamped and equipped with appropriate reinforcements welded around the perimeter, along with crane lifting points. The steel sliding doors move along smooth-gliding tracks. The container is equipped with ventilation to prevent the accumulation of vapors.

The collection sump is made of sheet steel, fully welded at the seams, coated with a special chemical-resistant paint, and equipped with steel rails for pallets/IBC containers. As required, the sump fully complies with current regulations concerning sump volume and design. The bottom part is fitted with supports to prevent ground contact and reduce the risk of corrosion. Pallets/containers on the upper level are placed directly on a steel support frame. Before painting, the module undergoes full shot blasting, ensuring a clean and textured surface.

Upon customer request, the container can be equipped with automatic fire extinguishers and warning signs, further enhancing storage safety.
